There are 14 Sajdah in The Quran Pak. This Sujud occurs during the Tilawat recitation of the Quran Pak, full details Sajadah list is below mentioned with para No., surah and Ayat (Verse No.)-
1) Surah Al A'Raf - 9 (7: 206)
2) Surah Al Ra'd - 13 (13:15)
3) Surah Al Nahl - 14 (16:50)
4) Surah Bani Israeel - 15 (17: 109)
5) Surah Maryam - 16 (19:58)
6) Surah Al Haj - 17 (22:18)
7) Surah Al Furqan - 19 (25: 60)
8) Surah Al Naml - 19 (27:26)
9) Surah As Sajdah 21 (32: 15)
10) Surah Saad 23 (38: 24)
11) Surah Hameem Sajdah 24 (41: 38)
12) Surah Al Najam 27 (53:62)
13) Surah Inshiqaq 30 (84:21)
