Patience is Key: How My Persistence Paid Off
The story is about a student named Dilshad who is passionate about making educational videos on his YouTube SHAD CAMPUS. Initially, his professor, Rizvi sir does not understand why he spends time making videos and assumes that it is a waste of time. However, after a year, sir sees Dilshad's YouTube videos and realizes that they are actually very good. He then gives Dilshad permission officially to shoot Workshop class videos too.
One Year Ago
It was a year ago, around April or May. We were in our 4th semester, and the viva exams were going on. My friend Aslam was giving his viva in the machine shop to Rizvi sir. Aslam gave some wrong answers, to which sir said, "You were making a video yesterday, what did you read?
Aslam could not say anything that he was shooting an entrance exam review video with me (Recap: a day before, we were shooting a Jamia School Entrance Exam review video with Aslam and Amaan at Polytechnic, and sir might have seen Aslam recording the video).
Aslam came out of the viva and told me, "I got scolded by sir because of your video shoot."
I thought, Sir was assuming like that we were just wasting time there by clicking photos and shooting videos.
After that, I continued making videos. People watched them. Some liked them, some didn't.
Present
It has been a year now, and we are in our 6th semester during the 2nd sessional exam: -
Today, the second sessional exam started. After giving the first paper, I was going back to the hostel when I met Rizvi sir on the way. He was going to M.A. Ansari Health Care Centre. I understood when I saw the medicine report he was carrying. I greeted him, and he replied and asked how are you? I said, "Alhamdulillah, I'm fine sir. then I asked How are you sir?" Sir said, "Allah Pak ka shukar hai" (Thank God). Then, sir said, "Dilshad, you make very good videos. You are doing good work. My students showed me your videos.

Then sir said you should make a tour video of the workshop classes too, showing each shop with your junior students, and upload it on your channel, more students will be able to know about Jamia Polytechnic and workshop classes. I give you permission."
Suddenly, the above moment came to mind :)
I was like, "Chalo ab sir ko samajh aaya ki video banana sirf time waste hi nhi hoti."
That is why we should always keep working hard. Sometimes teachers will understand you and sometimes they won't. If you are doing well and getting good results, then they will obviously support you. Whether you are good in studies or good at any skill or at any kind of passion.
